About Ashley Quigley

Ashley Quigley is a dedicated therapist intern at Best Life Therapy KC, passionate about walking alongside individuals as they work toward healing, self-discovery, and growth. With a strong foundation in psychology and mental health, Ashley brings warmth, empathy, and a practical, down-to-earth approach to the therapeutic space.

Ashley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a focus on Mental Health from Southern New Hampshire University, where she graduated with honors. She also earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Central Missouri and an Associate of Arts from Metropolitan Community College in Kansas City. Her unique combination of education and lived experience helps her connect with clients from all walks of life.

Ashley’s professional background includes leadership roles in both equine care and customer-focused industries. As Barn Manager at Serenity Creek Farms, she developed a deep appreciation for nurturing responsibility and the healing connection between humans and animals. Her experience managing teams, supporting clients, and problem-solving in high-pressure environments translates into her thoughtful and grounded presence in therapy sessions.

Currently completing her clinical internship, Ashley works under the supervision of licensed professionals and is committed to using evidence-based approaches—particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)—while tailoring her work to meet each client’s individual needs. She is especially drawn to working with individuals navigating life transitions, emotional regulation, and identity development.

Outside of therapy, Ashley enjoys working with horses, spending time in nature, and volunteering in her community. She believes in the power of connection, authenticity, and creating a space where clients feel safe, heard, and empowered.

Sessions will be priced on a sliding scale of $35-$55.
